CONWAY: “I don’t even know how to answer a question like that."

FEINBERG: "Well, maybe you should ask him.”

REPORTER 2: "Kellyanne, how do you square the fact that the President and the Secretary of State do seem to be saying two different things around — "

CONWAY: "They're not."
