GRAHAM: "Thank you very much. And again to your team, thank you for the service you’ve done for the country here. The FBI or former FBI Director James Comey said this week that -- that your report vindicates him. Is that a fair assessment of your report?"
HOROWITZ: "You know, I think the activities we found here don’t vindicate anybody who touched this."
