‘President Trump has done criminal justice reform issue; but again, none of those things have shifted black support’

RUSH EXCERPT:

WILLIAMS: “I think that’s the way people feel generally. But you are saying the black community, may be a reinforcement that if you don’t vote this way, you are not a good back person, something like that. I don’t think he has the power to shift the vote. It’s interesting to me, you look at people like, for instance, Jim Brown, the famous football player, he’s been close to President Trump, working on various issues. President Trump has done criminal justice reform issue. But again, none of those things have shifted black support.”
