ObamaCare Architect: ‘The End Result Was Not What Anyone Wanted’

KELLY: "Can you believe? Because you warned about this in May of 2010, and you wrote a letter to Larry Summers at the time, and said, 'I am concerned the personnel and processes you have in place are not up to the task, and that health reform will be unsuccessful as a result.' You said, 'I don't believe these folks have the capability to carry out the president's vision.' Do you believe your warnings went unheeded?"
CUTLER: "I think the end result -- I don't know what happened internally, I think the end result was not what anyone wanted."
