PAUL: "What it says, no, what I’m asking for is they be treated equally. I think the American public will say if you didn’t do anything to Hillary Clinton for hiring a foreign spy, why is this wrong for President Trump to withhold aid from a country to investigate it. I’m not saying two wrongs make a right or I would have done it that way, all I’m saying is you will impeach President Trump and give Hillary Clinton, let her skate? So then I think people see that as unfair and so it becomes partisan, that’s why no Republicans voted for impeachment."
