Biden: Constitution Doesn’t Say ‘Anyone Can Own a Weapon,’ Each Amendment Has a ‘Limitation’

BIDEN: “What happened was, what happen was, let’s get something straight. I think the second amendment in fact says people have a right to bare arms. But here’s the deal, the deal is like every amendment, for example the first amendment, you have free speech. No one can stand up and yell fire because it'll cause damage, people rush outta here, people will get hurt. Every single solitary amendment has a limitation on it. Now the limitation that exist on on on the second amendment is, nowhere does it say you can own any kinda weapon you want. Nor does it say, nope, nor does it say anyone can own a weapon.
