RUHLE: “What you said right there was the president’s worst nightmare. You said it was reminiscent of Barack Obama. Earlier today Ashley Parker said you could define President Trump's foreign policy as the reverse Obama. So the fact that what he is doing in your estimation is Obama-like, isn't that stunning?
TODD: "Well, let's just say that I have a follow-up question that’s very reflective of that sentiment, Stephanie, and you'll have to wait to see that on Sunday. Because you are absolutely right, I did ask him, what would candidate Trump have said about President Trump sort of going there or not going there. And so it is -- I'm -- look we all know what candidate Trump probably would have said about this. He didn't fully accept the premise when I said it but he didn't totally deny the premise either and that this is a classic case of he suddenly sitting in that chair."
