SCARBOROUGH: "You know, there is -- we've been talking about Donald Trump not wanting, apparently to get above 50 percent, doing everything he can to swat away, 50 percent of Americans, 60 percent of Americans, there has just been a trend, and throughout his campaign where he is, and very careful, I have not been as careful in the past, I'm trying to be more careful not to say, this was racist, or that was racist, instead I’m trying to say it’s racially insensitive, and boy it certainly seems like. Because that’s, again, that's a heavy, heavy charge to lay on somebody, but yesterday reminds me, there are times when he is appealing to Neo-Nazis and white supremacists."
