Fox contributor Ben Stein called George W. Bush a “civil rights leader” on Outnumbered Monday, making it all the worse, per Stein, that Bush was not included in the New York Times’ cover shot of Saturday’s 50th anniversary march of Bloody Sunday. (The Times insisted Monday it did not crop the former president out of the shot.)

“I think it’s clear liberal bias,” Stein announced. “Why else cut him out? I mean, he was a great guy. He was civil rights leader, an impressive guy in that whole area. Why cut him out except for pure bias?”
