Vice President Mike Pence says that Trump is “not happy” with the compromise proposal to avoid another government shutdown and that the $1.3 billion in funding for a fence, not a wall, is a “disappointment.”

Pence spoke to reporters after a wreath-laying ceremony at the site of the 1943 Warsaw Ghetto uprising Thursday morning, and was asked about the compromise measure that’s making its way through Congress.
