CAVUTO: "Some of your members are getting a little anxious, I am curious, if the President were to declare an emergency to get this, what would you think about that?"

BRAUN: "I think, and he talked about that a little bit, that that’s not in his current framework. Although he clearly stated he could. I think if it came to that, it would be a really sad synopsis of where we’re at in terms of running this Government. I think when it gets so political, like this issue has, here tax reform, cost of health care, these big issues are where we have the big divide. And we’re so diametrically opposed, that I think he’s going to hold firm on this one."
