RUSH EXCERPT:

COSTELLO: “The president's position has been unreasonable to the extent that somebody can understand what his position is. He is not getting $5 billion for a wall. The most mysterious unexplainable part in all of this is why the president decided he would rather deal with House Democrats than house Republicans in order to avert or get his way out of a government shut down. He is now going to fill reporting that the president has a choice. Does he want to isolate the department of homeland security funding and the immigration issue and open up the other six appropriation bill fundings or does he want to keep everything shut down? I understand why the Senate majority leader is not going do anything unless and until he understands what the president is going to sign because the Senate to use the frayed got caught with their pants down bypassing somebody after the president said he wouldn't sign it.”
