And he can’t achieve it because Congress won’t let him achieve it, the courts won’t let him it, the department of justice won’t let him achieve so he’s going along with Putin on a tweet level, a public statement level. But in terms of execution he has not been able to do the stuff — or I should say Putin has not been able to get him to do the stuff that Putin wants. America supporting Ukraine, America not repealing sanctions.“
