ROTHMAN: “I don’t know, frankly. I’m not entirely sure that another presidency would act any differently with regard to the Saudi Arabian-American relationship.“

TODD: “Would another presidency have put their businesses in a blind trust?”

ROTHMAN: “Almost certainly. But establishing somehow that there’s some sort of quid pro quo here, unless there’s some sort of a paper trail, which would be spectacularly stupid, would be very difficult — “
