REID: “Donald Trump is very pro-Israel, he's very friendly with Bibi Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel. His son-in-law is Jewish. His daughter, by conversion, is Jewish. You can’t ascribe to him, it doesn't make sense, I guess, to just ascribe this directly to him. But what he has been doing is to stoke this idea of globalists, this idea that really has been historically tied to antisemitism, that globalists, which often can just be read as Jewish people are fomenting these conspiracies around the world. And this particular shooter believed in that conspiracy theory. I don’t want to play a lot of Trump sound on this show, to be honest with you, because I don’t know it is helpful, furthers his propaganda. But in this case, I’m going to play one bite of what he has said just to illustrate the point, and then I will get your comment on the other side.”
