Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairman Tom Perez was forced to defend his top deputy, DNC Vice Chair Keith Ellison, Friday during an interview with the Wall Street Journal’s Reid Epstein.
Perez strongly supports Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault. But complicating matters for Perez is the fact that Ellison also faces accusations of assault.
