During an appearance on MSNBC’s “Deadline: White House” on Monday, ad executive Donny Deutsch pulled out a wad of bills in an attempt to wager that Judge Brett Kavanaugh would not be confirmed to the United States Supreme Court.

Host Nicolle Wallace asked former RNC Chair Michael Steele if he was “ready to make a prediction” about how Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination ends.
