Fox News: Lisa Page Testified There Was No Evidence of Collusion Before Mueller Appointment
SMITH: "We’ve also got the Fox News alert this morning on another major story, a startling admission by former FBI Lawyer Lisa Page. Fox News has obtained a transcript of her recent closed door deposition before the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees. Page testifying that investigators could not say whether there was collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign by the time Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel in May of last year. Congressman John Ratcliffe."
RATCLIFFE: "Her testimony, I can say, is consistent with a lot of other testimony to the point that neither she or Peter Strzok and the folks at the center of the Trump/Russia collusion investigation had any evidence of collusion with Russians nearly a year into the investigation."
