KERRY: "It’s got to begin to happen because China, Russia, other countries are moving in lightning speed to make some of those decisions. And President Trump pulling out of the Paris agreement, that is going to cost lives. That’s not a simple political boot. People are going to die because of the decision he made and billions of dollars of property may wind up being destroyed and damaged because we’re not doing enough to deal with the problem of climate. So, you know, this is a very perilous moment for our country."
