Tom Dupree: Every Word and Sentence of the NYT Op-Ed Is a ‘Fireable Offense’ But May Not Be Criminal

‘For the Justice Department to investigate you really need evidence of criminal misconduct’

EXCERPT:

DUPREE: "For the Justice Department to investigate you really need evidence of criminal misconduct. I'm not sure that was in the four corners of that op-ed, you have evidence of criminal misconduct. You certainly have evidence of a fireable offense. i mean, my goodness, every word and sentence of that op-ed is a fireable offense. And someone who says I'll do everything within my power to sabotage to Trump administration from within. But I think where they need to go for DoJ, to step in and possibly prosecute is evidence of a criminal offense."
