Samaria Rice, the mother of 12-year-old Tamir, who was killed by police playing in a park with a plastic toy gun, tells ABC News that she wants the two Cleveland PD officers who shot her son and tackled and handcuffed his 14-year-old sister to be convicted for their crimes. Rice is being represented by Benjamin Crump, the same attorney who served the parents of Michael Brown.
