Speaking to the press, Ryan said that when President Donald Trumpsays he’s going to revoke security clearance from former Obama officials, he’s probably just being a little shit.

“I think he’s trolling people, honestly,” Ryan said with a laugh and a stutter. “This is something that’s in the purview of the executive branch.”
