Trump Rips NBC After Kristen Welker Asks if He’s Giving ‘Upper Hand’ to Putin: ‘Possibly Worse Than CNN’ (Mediaite)

During a joint press conference with British Prime Minister Theresa May on Friday, President Donald Trump blasted NBC after a query he didn’t appreciate from White House correspondent Kristen Welker.

Welker mentioned comments from Trump in which he criticized May and asked the president if he’s giving Russian President Vladimir Putin the “upper hand” by challenging alliances that Putin is looking to destroy.

“See, that’s such dishonest reporting,” Trump said. “Of course it happens to be NBC — which is possibly worse than CNN.”
