Trump: ‘We Are Doing a Phase Two’ Tax Cuts

BARTIROMO: "What do you want to see happen now? Does the economy need more stimulus? Are you looking for phase two?"
TRUMP: "We’re doing a phase two. We’ll be doing it probably in October, maybe a little sooner than that. It will be more of a middle class. We did a lot for the middle class but this is more aimed at the middle class. We’re bringing the 21 percent down to 20. For the most part, the rest of it would go to the middle class. It’s a great stimulus."
