He arouses his base, gets them furious, blames the Democrats for everything that goes wrong, and we see the absolute inability of Congress after all this storm about zero tolerance and the borders unable to pass anything. We’re really worse off than where we were as a country coming up with a solution. That’s really to me the measure of what Trump has done. He makes it harder to solve problems the country cares about.
