WATERS: "The restaurantteur who decided not to serve is responsible for that. I have nothing to do with that. I didn't know -- I don't know him. I didn't know he was not going to serve her as as I said."

WATERS: "As I've said, there is going to be ongoing protests, I believe, against this administration and this president until they come up with a credible plan that they give to the public, that people can say. Okay. This president hears us now."
