Geraldo to Kelly: ‘I Don’t Care’ What Obama Said Before, Immigration Action’s Legal (Mediaite)

Megyn Kelly and Geraldo Rivera threw down tonight over the legality of President Obama‘sexecutive action on immigration. Rivera said rather strongly that it is legal and he doesn’t really care what Obama has said before to the contrary.

Kelly pointed out that on numerous occasions, Obama has specifically said he cannot take executive action and Congress must act. Rivera told Kelly, “I don’t care.” He pointed out Republican hypocrisy on the issue and admitted that Obama might be acting hypocritically to, but more important to him is the fate of the millions of people who will be helped by what the president announced.
