HERRIDGE: "May begin in January 2017, Democrats or as part of the independent review because they blame former FBI director James Comey for derailing Hillary Clinton's campaign when he reopened the criminal case about ten days before the election. Republicans thought Clinton should have been prosecuted for mishandling classified information but they accused Comey of giving her a pass by the Justice Department's internal watchdog, inspector general Michael Horowitz, cannot bring criminal charges. But he can make what's called a criminal referral for a U.S. Attorney review of the evidence and consider whether a prosecutor is justified. The reporters are to be more than 500 pages in length and should be available to the public later this afternoon."
