BANKS: "It’s right around the corner. A number of world leaders are paying attention. It can only be a positive sign that something good might come out of this. I don’t expect for there to be a full conclusion on the 12th. But moving forward, we do expect this could lead to a good positive outcome down the road, a verifiable denuclearization of the North Korea and their program down the road.
