RUSH EXCERPT:

HENRY: "We have major breaking news, two top FBI officials abruptly quitting from the agency late this evening. This is a big story because there’s been so much scrutiny of that agency, the president going back and forth with them. James baker had been recently reassigned. He’s out. Lisa Page also out. You see her there on the left. All of those text messages, anti-Trump text messages back and forth with Peter, who by the way is still working at the FBI. Last we heard, he was working in the human resources department. The significance is these officials appear to be getting out ahead of that inspector general report, which should be coming out in the next few weeks. It’s expected to be scathing about the behavior of top officials at the FBI and the the Justice Department. But this comes as pressure continues to build on the investigators, those going after President Trump, and whether or not this is a tainted investigation. The president declared that he and his attorney believe the whole probe is a witch-hunt. Adding he’s willing to sit down with Mueller for an intruf — interview, but he’s not sure he can a get a fair shake. T.S. Ellis gave a harsh review of Mueller’s team. They lied about the scope of their investigation. And he also said they’re seeking unfettered power to bring down the president. “You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort’s bank fraud. You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump and an impeachment or prosecution.”"
