President Trump just tweeted, 'Just out, 3.9 percent unemployment. 4 percent is broken! In the meantime, witch hunt!' Here’s the thing that makes no sense to me though. The people who need those raises the most, they’re not paying attention to the unemployment rate. They’re not watching me. They’re not watching you. They’re saying, 'I cannot afford to support my family.'"
