CNBC’s Sara Eisen on 3.9 Percent Unemployment: ‘That Is a Wow Number’

‘The market loves this number’

RUSH EXCERPT:
BRZEZINSKI: "All right, we have breaking economic news right now with the release of the monthly jobs report. Sarah?"
EISEN: "This is a good report. The big headline, 3.9%. That is the nation’s unemployment rate and that is the lowest rate since back in December, 2000, during the dot com years. As far as the jobs added in April, 164,000. That is a little light. Economists were looking for a number of 195,000 jobs. But, still, it keeps pace with population growth and points to a healthy and tightening labor market in this country."
