Ignatius: The Rage on Trump’s Face Was Evident as He Talked About the Cohen Raid

‘Here’s the president speaking through clenched teeth, rage, evident on his face’

EXCERPT:

IGNATIUS: "What was most unsettling to me about the video that you just showed, here’s the President speaking through clenched teeth, rage evident on his face as he talks about this prosecution surrounded by generals, admirals, all of the senior military leadership as he contemplates taking major military action following the Syrian use of chemical weapons. I was reminded of the situation after the Watergate crisis really began rolling, during the October 1973 war. And there was great concern in the administration at that time of President Nixon of whether Nixon would be a stable decision-maker, Henry Kissinger was trying to play an independent role to balance control, contain. And I think one problem in this administration is that Donald Trump so angry, so personally challenged by this investigation, is also the decider."
