Lynch: Comey Had No Problem Calling Clinton Investigation a ‘Matter’ (NTK Network)

In an interview with NBC’s Lester Holt, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch disputed fired FBI Director James Comey’s testimony that he had an issue with her instructions to call the Clinton email investigation a “matter.”

“My first response was: what is the issue here?” Lynch said of the testimony, confused by Comey’s words.

“So Comey says you want to call it the Clinton matter, he wants to call it the Clinton investigation,” Holt explained. “Did he go to you and question your credibility with regard to the Clinton case?”
