Fox News: Three Illegal Immigrants Tipped Off by Oakland Mayor Re-Arrested for New Crimes

COWAN: "All three of these three illegal immigrants managed to elude ICE agents during a massive enforcement raid last month, but they were arrested by local police for new crimes that they committed this month here in California. The first man was arrested in Los Banos down near Fresno County for robbery and firearm charges. He had earlier been arrested on conspiracy charges but was released in November because of local sanctuary policies despite an ICE detainer request. Another was arrested in Sacramento for drunk driving. He’s been deported already three times and has two previous DUIs. And another multiple deportee was arrested in Tulare County for spousal abuse. He had a hit-and-run on his record, too. Leaders in sanctuary cities including Oakland mayor Libby Schaaf say they will cooperate when there’s a criminal arrest warrant signed by a judge, not just an administrative warrant as was the case in these recent enforcement operations."
