Shep Smith Reports on Girl Being Bullied for Short Hair, Says She Looks Like Justin Bieber

SMITH: "A young girl donated her hair to charity but she's now being bullied and she said that her school wasn't doing enough to stop it. A ten-year-old girl from Dayton, Ohio, donated 14 inches of her hair to Wigs for Kids. That's an organization that makes wigs for children who have cancer. Her mother says kids from her charter school immediately started harassing her about her short hair ..."
