FAULKNER: "Yeah, I'm writing that down because it comes back to trust that Americans say they are losing in some of our agencies that are charged with not just getting to the truth of things but keeping it safe as well. Let' talk a little bit about why Democrats would push against this. They are calling this a distraction, a shiny object."
SPICER: "Because Obama was in charge for eight years, so anything that may or may not come out would probably largely reflect on that administration in terms of the people who are no longer in government."
