America’s sweetheart Richard Painter is at it again.

Painter talked to Ali Velshi about the legal and ethical implications of Stormy Daniels being paid $130,000 by President Donald Trump‘s lawyer, Michael Cohen, to keep quiet about an alleged affair with the president.

“There is the broader ethical issue that he’s been married three times and cheated on all three of his wives And he takes his oath of office to uphold the Constitution about as seriously as he has taken his marriage vows,” Painter said. “That is not a question that the special prosecutor or Congress will look into.”
