Here’s the thing we’ve got to learn about this. The people who want to contain North Korea. There’s a lot of people in our government today and also in the previous government that want to do that. The Trump Administration and trump himself wants to deny them having new nuclearized IBM’s. They will sell them. They’ll sell them to Al Qaeda, to ISIS, to the Iranians, Syrians. That’s what makes this regime so dangerous. They’re not Russia and China, who we are able to contain in terms of the use of chemical weapons. We will not be able to contain North Korea’s proliferation."
