Bossie Gives Trump a Pass on Gun Control Comments: He Wasn’t Making Policy, Just Having a Conversation

‘I think this — this president wants to protect our kids and protect our schools’

RUSH EXCERPT:

BOSSIE: "I think this — this president wants to protect our kids and protect our schools. First and foremost, he wants those schools protected, whether that is through the police or some sort of armed folk, whether teachers or other, who can protect our children and be the first line of defense. I think that’s what he is frustrated by is the inaction of Washington. That’s why you see him try to gather people at a table and say let’s get a lot of ideas on the table. I don’t think he was making policy pronouncements. I think he was trying to have a conversation."
