‘That’s criticism they’ve heard’

"Well, look, I think what former president Carter has said is what others have said, so my hunch is that the White House is somewhat used to the criticism. Again, I think they’ve heard -- whether it was the line in Syria or waiting too long, that’s criticism they’ve heard. You know, look, I think this is going to be a time period in which there is certainly going to be, you know, second-guessing and I think it’s going to take some time to move and make gains with ISIS using air strikes."
