Goldberg: Trump ‘Gets in the Way’ of the Good News to the Point There’s a ‘Mania’ Sweeping D.C.

‘Liberal Democrats and more than a few Republicans think he is not fit for office’

EXCERPT:

GOLDBERG: "Well, the production of said product is that Donald Trump gets in the way of all the good news. Look, are there people in the media who want to play down the good news because they don’t like him? Absolutely. But he gets in the way to the point that there is a mania sweeping Washington and beyond and the mania isn’t about whether he is fit for office. That ship has sailed. Liberal Democrats and more than a few Republicans think he is not fit for office. The mania comes down to is he downright crazy. The lead editorial in the 'New York Times' yesterday word for word, 'Is Mr. Trump nuts?' Then you have psychiatrists coming out of the woodwork who have never examined him, who have concluded that he is mentally unstable and dangerous. And then he pours fuel on the fire by tweeting these crazy things like, 'My nuclear button is bigger than little rocket man’s nuclear button.' That’s why the production of the information is getting lost."
