(CNSNews.com) – Eleven months after the Obama administration launched healthcare.gov and just weeks before the open enrollment period to sign up for insurance policies created by the Affordable Care Act begins, Obama officials are touting the health care law and tamping down expectations, including the problem-plagued website.

“You need to understand that this is going to be a year of substantial improvement,” Cecilia Munoz, assistant to the president and director of the Domestic Policy Council, said Wednesday at an “outreach” event at the Kaiser Family Foundation in Washington, D.C. “It’s not going to be a year of perfection.”
