MSNBC’s Johnson: If Russia’s Interference Was an Act of War then ‘We’ve Declared War on Hundreds of Other Countries’

‘I think that’s kind of irresponsible rhetoric’

RUSH EXCERPT:
JOHNSON: "I think that's kind of irresponsible rhetoric, and I know this is not a popular thing to say, but if you're saying that Russia's interference in our election is an act of war, then we've declared war on hundreds of other countries over the years, because what it is very likely they is behavior that the United States also is engaged in. That doesn't mean there's no reason for the investigation or that the president and his campaign team did not collude with Russia, but we have to be careful about words like "Act of war." Have to be careful about backing up the fraises. Those phrases."
