New CBS Poll Shows Obama’s Approval on Terrorism Is at All-Time Low

‘57 percent of Americans do not think the president is being tough enough with ISIS’

New CBS Poll Shows Obama’s Approval on Terrorism is at All-Time Low (Washington Free Beacon)

A new CBS/New York Times poll found that 57 percent of Americans do not think President Obama has been tough enough while dealing with the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIS or ISIL.)

Only 41 percent approve of his handling of terrorism, a 12-point drop since March.

His approval rating dropped with both Republicans and Democrats.

“That is a new low for this poll,” observed CBS’s Charlie Rose.

This is yet another in a series of dismal poll numbers for the president, with others finding a majority of voters believe he has weakened America and has been too cautious in foreign policy.
