CHAFFETZ: "He is coming here to reverse an action by President Obama and President Clinton to create millions of acres of national monuments, something that should not have been done. An overuse of what is called the Antiquities Act, and I appreciate the bravery of Donald Trump coming here and reversing the Bears Ears National Monument. We need more multiple use. It's something that will be widely accepted here in the state of Utah and I’m thrilled he will be here."
