BRZEZINSKI: “I just say to be transparent, there is tribalism everywhere. I mean, there is tribalism in politics. We're seeing that with Bill Clinton to Roy Moore. There is tribalism that protected Clinton’s behavior from the top down and maybe started this, or maybe Kennedy started this entire waterfall of behavior or maybe before. We have been dealing with this for a long time. In the media, the behavior is protected by management who promote men to power or women, but men to power who are then given all sorts of passes. So the enablers and the managers who create an environment that allows this, it’s not H.R. when you finally go to H.R. that works for the company, but the environment. The culture needs to change."
