Alan Dershowitz: ‘There Should Be No Criminal Investigations of Either’ Trump or Clinton

‘We should be looking forward’

RUSH EXCERPT:

DERSHOWITZ: "Everybody should accept the results. We should be looking forward. One thing I agree with Hillary Clinton, she said there should be an independent commission set up by Congress to look in to not the past, not what happened in the past. But whether Russia is at this pointing to try to influence American elections. That’s an issue for everybody. There should not befully special counsel. There shouldn’t be a special counsel against trump there shouldn’t be a special counsel against Hillary Clinton. There should be no criminal investigations of either of them."

HENRY: "Committees in Congress."

DERSHOWITZ: "That’s not good enough they are partisan. This should be a nonpartisan bipartisan commission representing all Americans looking at how to prevent future influence of Russia because ther going to continue to do this. And they are not going to stop unless the American public demands it."
