CUOMO: "What would have been wrong? As you know, as you know, when they went for that FISA warrant, not only did they have to make a cause showing in front of a judge but they said that it wasn’t the basis for their getting a FISA warrant?"
JORDAN: "We don’t know that. Everything points to they did use it as the basis for that. We don't know for sure how it was used."
CUOMO: "But you have reporting coming out of there that it wasn't the basis for the warrant, that they had other elements when they made their show to a judge who had to find a sufficient finding for a warrant."
