PITTENGER: “And that’s why we have these tax cuts.”
VELSHI: “I’m just saying — I — happy to look at an example of that that works, but tax cuts don’t equal wage growth in America.”
PITTENGER: “John Kennedy believed it, Ronald Reagan believed it, a lot of smart people.”
VELSHI: “Congressman, you’re talking about before there was cable, you’re talking about when I had hair. This is ancient history. This is a long time ago.”
